Our beginner-friendly yoga class is designed to take you through a range of movements that will increase flexibility and mobility, as well as cultivate balance in body and mind. You will learn yoga postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation methods to decrease stress and improve overall well-being. Your instructor will assist with alignment and provide supportive instruction for you to move safely and comfortably throughout the session.

About Your Instructor: Jill Seitzinger; CYT-200
Jill is a certified yoga instructor based on Oahu with a background in mental health care. She first discovered the practice of yoga in 2011 while living in New Jersey. As she practiced regularly, she noticed positive changes not only in her body, but also in her mind. She believes practicing yoga has improved her quality of life by helping her become more aware of unhealthy habits and replacing them with more health-conscious lifestyle choices. In 2012, she moved back to Oahu where she completed her Multi-Style Yoga Teacher Training at Hawaii Yoga Institute. She is committed to sharing the gift of yoga with others on their journey toward improved physical, mental, & emotional well-being.
