To our valued members,

Although the City and State has begun lifting restrictions imposed in response to the pandemic, the rise in the number of reported cases reinforces the urgency to practice social distancing, utilize masks and other personal protective devices, and wash or disinfect your hands and surfaces.  As such,

• We ask that you continue to observe the measures we have taken to protect our members, visitors, and staff when you visit our branches.
• We also encourage you to utilize our online and mobile banking services, billpayer and ATMs to conduct business with us.
• And shared-branching services at participating credit unions may or may not be available to HOCU members; please contact them for availability and operating hours.

We will be looking at reopening our Federal Building and Tripler Army Medical Center branches when we have been given permission to do so and can safely accommodate staff and visitors to each location.

As a reminder, if your financial situation has changed please contact us immediately so that we can work with you to find solutions.

Finally, it seems that there has been a rise in the number of scams based on the pandemic.  We recommend that you exercise caution in handling e-mails with a COVID-19 subject line, attachment, or hyperlink; use trusted sources for information on the pandemic; and do not reveal personal or financial information via e-mail – for your protection.
