To our valued members,

As the City and State gradually lift the restrictions imposed in response to the pandemic, we urge you to continue to practice social distancing, utilize masks and other personal protective devices, and wash or disinfect your hands and surfaces.

• We ask that you continue to observe the measures we have taken to protect our members, visitors, and staff when you visit our branches.
• We also encourage you to utilize our online and mobile banking services, billpayer and ATMs to conduct business with us.
• We will be looking at reopening our Federal Building and Tripler Army Medical Center branches when we are given permission to do so and can safely accommodate staff and visitors to each location.
• Shared-branching services at participating credit unions may or may not be available to HOCU members; please contact them for availability and operating hours.

If your financial situation has changed please contact us immediately so that we can work with you to find solutions.

Based on the success of the City & County of Honolulu’s Small Business Relief & Recovery Fund a second $25 million funding has been provided and is administered by four credit unions, including HOCU. Interested parties should click here to be redirected to the City’s website for updates, program requirements and a link to the application. (You do NOT have to be a credit union member to apply to this program.)
