1. When is the deadline to purchase tickets?
The deadline to reserve tickets for the Annual Meeting is March 18. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we highly recommend reserving tickets sooner than later.
2. Is there assigned seating at the event?
No, it’s open seating when you arrive.
3. Are vaccinations required to attend the Annual Meeting?
No, we don’t require proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test to attend the meeting. All attendees are required to wear masks unless they’re eating or drinking.
4. Is there parking?
Parking is available at the Japanese Cultural Center of Hawaii for $4. Free street parking is also available in the surrounding area and the nearby HOCU Moiliili branch.
